Second Edition of UPITS To Showcase Uttar Pradesh’s Potential - News

Scheduled from September 25-29, 2024, at the India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, the upcoming second edition of the UP International Trade Show (UPITS) is expected to be a game-changer for Uttar Pradesh’s economy.

With a focus on showcasing Uttar Pradesh as an international sourcing hub, the event aims to provide a dynamic platform for companies to exhibit their products and services and establish strategic partnerships. 

Alok Kumar, Principal Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, emphasized the state’s economic potential. Highlighting the need to project the state as an economic powerhouse on a global scale through the event, Kumar discussed innovative strategies to enhance the show’s impact, including inviting partner states and promoting local products. Dr Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, India Exposition Mart Ltd, echoed this sentiment, ensuring that the event will feature a wide array of business sectors and foster lasting business relationships. 

Additionally, Manish Kumar Verma, District Magistrate, Gautam Budh Nagar, proposed an extensive promotional campaign to attract a broader audience by extending efforts to the Delhi region. Sudeep Sarcar, CEO, India Exposition Mart Ltd, outlined thorough promotional activities that include roadshows and strategic meetings to ensure the event’s success.
