Ludhiana Hosts 8th Edition of GMMSA Expo in Jan 2024 - News

The GMMSA Expo, organized by the Garments Machinery Manufacturers and Suppliers’ Association (GMMSA), is set to unfold its eighth edition at Grain Market, Bahadur Ke Road in Ludhiana, from January 19-22, 2024. A press conference held by Ram Kishan, Chairman, GMMSA, emphasized what needed to be done in order to increase productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency in the production of clothing. About 200 different companies are expected from all over the world.
Product areas involve circular knitting, flat knitting, collar knitting, dye finishing, washing, raising, brushing, polishing, air compressors, etc. Present at the press conference were GMMSA’s Teja Singh, President; Sukhwinder Singh, Treasurer; Gurdev Singh, Vice-President; Parmesh Washist, Vice-chairman; Jatender Sudera, Advisor; Amit Jain, Joint Secretary; and among others.
GMMSA’s objective is to restructure and fortify the production systems of its member companies around the world so as to enhance the quality of their products and raise the technology standards of the garment sector globally. The association is an important linkage between the Government, business, academia, society, and media that promotes cooperation and development within the garment machinery arena.
