Lindström India, a subsidiary of global textile rental company Lindström Oy, has expanded its South India presence with the inauguration of a cutting-edge cleanroom facility and the relocation of a larger, modern workwear facility in Hyderabad.
This move signifies the company’s commitment to doubling its workwear capacity in Telangana, showcasing its substantial growth in India. The 3-acre facility addresses the rising demand for Lindström’s services in critical industries like pharmaceuticals, food processing, healthcare, electronics, and automobiles. Cleanroom facilities, essential for industries requiring controlled cleanliness levels, play a vital role in maintaining product quality and safety.
With 11 workwear and 2 cleanroom units across India, the company manages 2.3 million garments in circulation, contributing to a global total of 13 million garments. The Hyderabad facility integrates state-of-the-art cleanroom technology, aligning with Lindström’s strategic expansion to meet increasing regional demands.
