Khadi Gramodyog Exhibition 2023 Takes Center Stage in Kanpur

The Khadi Gramodyog Exhibition 2023edition kicked off in Kanpur. The show was inaugurated by Rakesh Sachan, Minister of MSME, Government of Uttar Pradesh. The event witnessed the presence of special guests, including Surendra Maithani, a local MLA, and Suresh Gupta, President, Khadi Mahasangh.
The Minister emphasized the exhibition’s goal of providing a market for producers, boosting their income, and promoting self-employed individuals in rural and urban areas. Advocating the use of Khadi, he highlighted Government schemes offering grants in various categories to support Khadi production and employment generation.
Furthermore, Maithani encouraged collective efforts to promote the exhibition, fostering awareness and participation. The event included the distribution of divisional-level awards by the Minister, contributing to the recognition and encouragement of participants. The exhibition, spanning fifteen days, aims to empower local producers and enhance the visibility of Khadi products.
