‘Incense Media Expo’, India’s leading combined trade show for incense, fragrances, soap, and detergent, will be held at Bombay Exhibition Centre, NESCO, Goregaon East, Mumbai, India, from May 6-7, 2023. The domestic industry benefited from the restriction of agarbatti and other odoriferous imports, boosting India’s exports to approximately INR 1,000 crore in 2022 and capturing 10 percent of the worldwide market. The Indian soap market is worth US$3.5 billion and is expected to reach US$5 billion by 2027, while the perfume sector adds INR 600-800 crore annually. 
The Expo will also feature informative lectures and workshops on incense-making and aroma creation. 165 exhibitors and 10,000 decision-makers are expected at the Expo.
