IAEE, ESCA, and EDPA Launch Unified Career Platform
The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) has joined forces with the Exhibition Services & Contractors Association (ESCA) and the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) to launch an enhanced job board for the exhibitions and events industry. This collaboration aims to strengthen the industry’s talent pool by streamlining access to job opportunities.
Building on IAEE’s existing job board, this unified platform now provides ESCA and EDPA members access to various job listings. Sectors such as event management, design, logistics, and production are covered, making it easier for employers and job seekers to connect within a consolidated system.
Marsha Flanagan, President and CEO, IAEE, emphasized that the goal is to offer industry professionals a comprehensive resource for career advancement. Julie Kagy, Executive Director, ESCA, noted that this platform simplifies the hiring process for both employers and candidates. Meanwhile, Dasher Lowe, Executive Director, EDPA, pointed out that the job board is a key tool for developing future industry talent.
The job board is now available to members and non-members alike. It offers job seekers free browsing and application services, while employers can post listings at competitive rates. IAEE, ESCA, and EDPA members benefit from exclusive discounts on job postings.
