Hyderabad Luxury Home Sales Surge by 260 Percent in a Year
Anarock Group reports 260 percent year-over-year luxury housing growth in Hyderabad. Hyderabad’s luxury property sales increased from 3,790 in 9M 2022 to 13,630 in 9M 2023. In 9M 2023, Hyderabad, Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), and National Capital Region (NCR) sold 63,390 luxury homes, leading the top seven cities.
In 9M 2023, 24 percent of 3.49 lakh units sold in the top seven cities were luxury housing, up from 14 percent in 2022. Pune had the second-best annual growth at 191 percent, selling 6,850 luxury residences in 9M 2023, up from 2,350 in 2022.
Anuj Puri, Chairman, Anarock Group, noted that the luxury housing sector in MMR, NCR, and Hyderabad outperformed other cities in sales, with these three cities accounting for approximately 63,390 units sold. All of the top seven cities experienced robust growth in luxury housing sales, showing no signs of slowing down.
