GJS April 2024 Show in Mumbai
The All India Gem and Jewelery Domestic Council (GJC) is gearing up for the 5th edition of its India Gems and Jewelery Show (GJS) 2024. Well-known as
the jewelers’ go-to event, it is scheduled to take place from April 2-5, 2024, at the Jio World Convention Center (JWCC), Mumbai.
This business-to-business exhibition aligns perfectly with the jewelry demand surge before Akshaya Tritiya and after Gudi Padwa, coinciding with the wedding season.
Anticipation is running high as the event is expected to house over 350 exhibitors, spanning 600 booths, and drawing in 12,000 visitors. Additionally, more than 2,000 overnight rooms have reserved for hosted buyers, ensuring ample space for a diverse array of jewelry designs to be showcased.
The show’s major feature is the gathering of prominent jewelry players under one roof and foster networking. The event will feature interactive seminars, and knowledge exchange on ongoing trends and upcoming launches.
Saiyam Mehra, Chairman, GJC, emphasizes the event as the ultimate platform for jewelers to enrich their collections and boost sales. Echoing similar sentiments, Rajesh Rokde, Vice Chairman, GJC, shared that the show is a wonderful opportunity for jewellery manufacturers, traders, wholesalers, retailers, artisans, and others in the value chain to connect with budding talents and creative minds. Nilesh S Shobhawat, Co-Convenor, GJS and Director, GJC added that the show is designed post analysis of the interest and needs of the jewellers. The technicality of compliance procedures was considered while creating the show.
