The theme focused on meeting customer expectations and needs in 2024, particularly in the face of rapid technological advancements and shifting preferences.
Stefan Eckert, Senior Vice President Services, Koelnmesse GmbH, and Chair, UFI Operations & Services Working Group, praised Freeman-Zenus for their idea to measure visitor sentiments. Eckert emphasized the importance of understanding visitor behavior to improve service quality, especially with declining visitor numbers at shows. Panos Moutafis, Co-founder and CEO, Zenus Inc, expressed gratitude for the recognition, highlighting the value of their ethical behavior mapping technology in providing actionable insights for event organizers.
