FITUR 2024 Reveals Plans for a Bigger, Sustainable Showcase
FITUR 2024, the five-day International Tourism Trade Fair at IFEMA-Feria de Madrid from January 24-28, is generating excitement. Organized by IFEMA MADRID, a renowned fair, congress, and hall organizer, it is one of the major travel trade fairs and is expected to gather 100,000 attendees.
The event promotes social, environmental, and corporate governance in the tourism sector through the subject of accessible and sustainable tourism, becoming a global reference. Technology and Business, Future, Destination, and Sustainability seminars will be held at the trade exhibition.
With their strong tourism relations, Spain and the UK will play a major role, demonstrating Spain’s sturdiness and appeal to British tourists. Ecuador, the ‘FITUR 2024 Partner Country’, showcased its appeal at IFEMA, expecting 75,000 tourists by 2023. Niels Olsen, Minister of Tourism, Ecuador, said FITUR 2024 is a great chance to exhibit Ecuador’s beauty and improve ties with Spain.
