FAN Expo 2025, the world’s only B2B trade fair focused solely on the fan industry, will be held from May 29-31, 2025, at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida. This upcoming event will gather manufacturers, architects, real estate developers, and public procurement officials to explore innovations in fan and air movement technology. 

The trade fair will showcase the latest advancements in fans, air coolers, exhaust systems, and smart cooling. Products on display will include stylish luxury fans, BLDC models, solar-powered units, and remote-controlled exhaust systems. According to Vaarta Trade Fairs India Pvt Ltd, the organizers, the event will focus on redefining how fans contribute to comfort and aesthetics in modern spaces. 

The event is expecting the participation of more than 270 municipal representatives, including officials from Indian railways, airport authorities, and procurement officials from 21 Smart City Councils. The presence of these esteemed individuals draws significance to the event in terms of institutional procurement and infrastructure development.
