Eicher Trucks & Buses Opens First Exclusive Pro X Dealership
Eicher Trucks & Buses, a division of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd (VECV), has inaugurated its first dealership dedicated to the newly launched Eicher Pro X range. Operated by AV Motors, the facility in Bhindarpada-Thane will focus on improving customer experience through advanced digital technology and offering interactive displays along with personalized vehicle insights.
SS Gill, Chief Commercial Officer, VECV, highlighted the importance of this launch, stating that the new dealership is a step forward in redefining last-mile logistics. He highlighted that the facility merges technology with client trust, resulting in an elevated experience supported by the Pro X small trucks.
Ramesh Rajagopalan, Executive Vice President, Customer Service, Retail Excellence, and Network Development, VECV, highlighted that the Pro X range symbolizes a shift towards next-generation, sustainable logistics solutions.
With a strategic location, the dealership is expected to provide easy access to logistics hubs and business districts in Mumbai. It integrates an omnichannel retail model, featuring an interactive customization zone where customers can explore various cargo body designs, fuel options, and colors. The dealership connects to Eicher’s Uptime Centre for smooth service, including doorstep repairs, GPS-enabled breakdown support, and EV-specific service bays.
To support electric mobility, the facility is equipped with charging infrastructure and access to over 14,000 EV charging stations nationwide. With test drives, demo vehicles, and multi-application displays, the dealership aims to make a drastic impact in small commercial vehicle ownership.
