CA Grameen Partners with Mendix to Drive Digital Transformation
At Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025, the digital transformation conference, Mendix, a Siemens business, announced a strategic partnership with CreditAccess Grameen Ltd (CA Grameen), India’s largest Non-Banking Financial Company-Micro Finance Institution.
Through Mendix’s low-code platform, the collaboration will work toward improving CA Grameen’s digital transformation, enabling the creation of applications to address operational challenges and support growth.
As Mendix is a cloud-based low-code application development platform, CA Grameen utilized its capabilities to develop and deploy a branch auditing application in just six months. The solution, developed with implementation partner Mx Omega Technologies, compiles and shares audit data in real-time.
This solution improved decision-making and responsiveness. It also reduced the audit cycle from 45 days to 38 days, decreased costs, and increased agility for the company’s network of over 2,000 branches serving more than 4.5 million customers.

CA Grameen plans to use Mendix for additional solutions in field operations, customer onboarding, loan management, and other core areas.
