BGR Tech and Chemie Tech Collaborate for Global Green Hydrogen Projects - News

BGR Tech Ltd, a leader in Oil & Gas process equipment manufacturing and green hydrogen technology, has signed a Heads of Agreement (HOA) with Chemie Tech DMCC (CTDMCC), a renowned EPC contractor, to collaborate on large-scale Green Hydrogen and ammonia projects worldwide.

The HOA was signed between M K Saiyed, Chairman & Managing Director, CTDMCC, and Priyadershini Raghupathy, Managing Director, BGR Tech Ltd, in the presence of Shandar S M Zaidi, Director - Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, CTDMCC.

BGR Tech’s role in the partnership will be to supply critical Green Hydrogen generation and purification systems, including electrolyzers and associated engineering expertise. Chemie Tech will be responsible for the overall execution of projects, focusing on the concept to commissioning implementation and handling areas such as FEED, EPC, BOP integration, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), Licensor tie-ups, and FID support.

The partnership’s goal is to encourage and boost the global adoption of sustainable energy solutions to industries looking for sustainable energy alternatives. By combining BGR Tech’s engineering capabilities with Chemie Tech’s expertise in large-scale development and execution, the partnership will deliver effective and scalable Green Hydrogen and Ammonia infrastructure worldwide.
