Auto Expo 2025 Joins Bharat Mobility
Auto Expo 2025, India’s flagship motor and automotive showcase, will be held from January 17 to 22, with an expanded lineup under the Bharat Mobility initiative. This biennial event is organized by Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), and Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) and is part of Bharat Mobility, which encompasses all mobility-related trade fairs.
The six-day exhibition will take place across three major venues: Bharatmandapam, Yashobhoomi (India International Convention and Expo Center) - Dwarka, and India Expo Centre & Mart - Greater Noida (Delhi NCR). Piyush Goyal, Union Minister of Commerce & Industry, stated that the upcoming edition will be the second largest expo in the world in this segment and also expressed optimism that Auto Expo has the potential to rise and become the world’s biggest automotive show.
The event is expected to be much bigger than the previous edition, with over 50 countries participating and 35 vehicle manufacturers representing sectors like e-mobility, auto components, and software, underscoring India’s appeal as an investment destination. Minister Goyal also encouraged industry leaders to diversify and broaden participation, with more sectors to join, including chemical suppliers and testing agencies.
The expansion is in line with India’s vision of establishing the nation as a hub for automotive manufacturing breakthroughs, with plans for larger exhibition spaces and increased international outreach to respond to rising industry demands.
