A Smart Manufacturing Focus Set for INTEC 2024 - News

Coimbatore is getting ready to host the 20th edition of the International Machine Tool & Industrial Trade Fair, INTEC 2024. Organized by the Coimbatore District Small Industries Association (CODISSIA), this event, scheduled from June 6-10, 2024, at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore, promises a transformative display of cutting-edge technologies and business opportunities. 

The event has been instrumental in bridging global technological advancements with local industries, making the city a preferred destination for sourcing components from major industrial houses worldwide. With a gross display area of 25,000 sq mt, the event will host over 500 engineering companies. The event will showcase the city’s expertise across multiple industries, including pumps & motors, textiles, foundries, fabrication units, auto components, precision tools, die & molds, cutting tools, etc. 

A feature of the event that attendees can look forward to is the ‘Global Manufacturing Cluster Vision 2030,’ organized by Texas Ventures, the event’s conference partner. This gathering of global leaders on June 7, 2024, aims to divulge in smart manufacturing discussions to help manufacturers thrive in the industry.
