In this context, Zen Technologies Ltd, a company focusing on anti-drone technology and defence training solutions, introduced several new products for the global defence market. In collaboration with its subsidiary AI Turing Technologies, this launch signifies a major advancement in its product offerings.
Among the new products is Prahasta, an AI-powered robotic quadruped. Prahasta uses LiDAR, an optical technology that measures distance, and reinforcement learning to create real-time 3D terrain maps and improve mission planning, navigation, and threat assessment.
The company also unveiled the Hawkeye anti-drone camera system, the Barbarik-URCWS remote-controlled weapon station, and the Sthir Stab 640, a stabilized sight designed for armored vehicles, intelligent connected vehicles (ICVs), and boats.
Ashok Atluri, Chairman and Managing Director, Zen Technologies Ltd, mentioned that these innovations represent a huge leap forward in autonomous defence operations. He also expressed confidence that introducing these products will highlight the importance of incorporating advanced robotics into combat and reconnaissance missions.
