Windergy India 2024: Harnessing Winds of Change in Chennai - News

Hosted by the Indian Wind Turbine Manufacturers Association (IWTMA) and PDA Ventures Pvt Ltd, Windergy India 2024 is back for its sixth edition from October 23-25, 2024, at the Chennai Trade Centre (CTC), Chennai. Recently named India's Fast-Growing Show at the Exhibition Excellence Awards 2024, it will gather innovators, policymakers, and industry leaders.

Windergy India 2024, which is supported by the Ministry of Power, the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, and numerous associations and organizations, aims to connect policymakers with tech providers. The conference theme, ‘Wind: Powering India’s Energy Transition,’ will explore policy, market trends, financing, and new technologies.

Lastly, the event will feature approximately 250 exhibitors, including OEMs, component manufacturers, service providers, and more. It will host pavilions from Denmark and Spain, with exhibitors from Germany, Spain, France, the USA, China, Sweden, and other countries, making it an international affair. Due to increased interest, an extra hall has been added to accommodate more exhibitors, showcasing the growing supply chain of the wind energy sector.
