Telangana Invites US investments, Partnerships
Grid Dynamics Holdings Inc, a digital transformation services and solutions company, and Equity Partners, an investor in digital infrastructure real estate data center assets, have recently invested in Telangana. Grid Dynamics Holdings aims to expand its Hyderabad delivery center and generate additional technical jobs and internships to strengthen its presence in India. Aurum Equity Partners sets up a US$ 250 million global private equity fund, of which it has given US$ 50 million to Hyderabad for data center development. The company also committed US$ 5 million to Telangana deep tech startups.
The India Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Research Centre at the Institute of Transportation Studies, University of California, signed a 2-year MoU with the Telangana government to support the state’s goal of providing affordable, environmentally sustainable mobility options to boost economic growth.
This partnership expands Telangana and California’s alternative energy and innovation collaboration. Both States have also signed the Global MoU on Zero-Emission Medium- and Heavy-Duty Vehicles to decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors.
