SIAL India and Vinexpo India Wrap Up Successfully
SIAL India and Vinexpo India, jointly organized by InterAds Exhibitions, Comexposium (France), and Vinexposium, concluded recently at India International Conference and Expo Center (IICC), New Delhi, with over 300 exhibitors and 20 ambassadors for an immersive wine, beverage, and culinary experience.
The EU, celebrating the occasion, organized a seminar on EU-India food excellence partnerships. Astik Oberoi, Chef, Leela Palace, won the French Patisserie Competition under H.E. Thierry Mathou, the French Ambassador to India.
Around 24 country ambassadors presented global innovations, including South Korean culinary trends and Spicy Witch’s Kimchi with salad powder. You and I’s Kombucha powder, Kizable’s ‘Kizandy’ from Florida, and TEA Bro’s instant-flavored Assam Tea were notable introductions.
The Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Agricultural & Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), and Forum of Indian Food Importers (FIFI) supported the event, which brought worldwide culinary innovations together.
