At Computex 2024, scheduled from June 4-7, 2024, in Taipei, Taiwan, MetaGuru, a subsidiary of MetaAge and a provider of enterprise solutions, will debut its cutting-edge ‘Next-generation Smart Hotel Solution’. This move marks the company’s expansion into the Asia Pacific (APAC) region to revolutionize the hotel industry.

Leo Hsiao, CEO, MetaGuru, highlighted the company’s successful deployment of Business Process Management (BPM) and Human Resource Management (HRM) systems in APAC which paved the way for a strategic focus on green transformation within the region’s hotels. The new solution integrates Cloud, artificial intelligence (AI), Big Data, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies that offer a comprehensive approach to addressing post-pandemic challenges like labor shortages and strengthening revenue streams. 

MetaGuru will showcase its Smart Enterprise (Smart Hotel) solutions at Booth L0118 in the BenQ Qisda Group’s Computex AI NOW exhibition area, Hall 1, Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center, to create a smarter and more sustainable future for the hotel industry.
