Kagool, a UK-based Data Analyst and ERP Consultancy Firm, to Recruit 1,000 People in Hyderabad
According to Dan Barlow, CEO, Kagool Group, the company will recruit about 1,000 employees in Hyderabad over the next two to three years. At present the company has 260 employees in Hyderabad.
The company inaugurated a 17,000-sq ft office space at Kapil Towers in Nanakramguda recently, which will house 200 employees. Furthermore, it recently launched a 160-seater center in Pune, which will go live in August.
Stating that the expansion of Hyderabad operations is in accordance with the company’s growth plans for India, which include investments, footprint expansion, and bolstering bench strength, and that it will invest approximately US$8 million
(about ₹63.2 crore) in India over the next three years, Barlow added, “We see growth opportunities in this region to support our global customer base. Kagool wants to add about 2,000 employees, and about 50 percent of that will be in Hyderabad.”
Prashant Vithal Patel, COO & CIO, Kagool Group, commented, “We chose India as our Global Delivery and Research Center due to its massive pool of high-caliber talent. Our Hyderabad and Pune centres will help us scale our services offerings in ERP, integrations, data management, and analytics.”
Kagool recruited graduates from a number of engineering colleges, including NIT Warangal. As per Kalyan Gupta Brahmandlapally, Managing Director, APAC, Kagool, it went for campus interviews for the first time after COVID-19.
