Jaipur’s MICE Tourism Flourishes Amid Major Events - News

The city of Jaipur is experiencing a steady increase in Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition (MICE) tourism, spurred by events such as the Jaipur Literature Festival and the Jaipur Jewellery Show. This growth is expected to accelerate as the city prepares to host the 25th International Indian Film Academy Awards (IIFA25).

Over the past decade, the city has emerged as a destination for national and international gatherings, hosting a continuous lineup of events. 

With Rajasthan chosen to host IIFA25 from March 7-9, 2025, at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), tourism professionals are optimistic that the event will boost the sector even further. 

Diya Kumari, Deputy Chief Minister and Tourism Minister, Government of Rajasthan, said the IIFA Awards would draw attention to the state’s culture and tourism on an international platform. She further added that the event’s three-day schedule would attract investments, create jobs, and positively impact the city’s broader tourism-related industries.
