Hyderabad Real Estate Most Affordable in the Nation
Hyderabad remains an affordable city to buy property, despite a maximum five-year rise of 10 percent in
average property prices due to factors like rising housing demand, strong economic growth, and infrastructure development, compared to six other top metros in the nation.
According to a recent study by property consultant Anarock, Hyderabad has the lowest average property price in India in 2022, at INR 4,620 per sq ft. Residential and business property demand in Hyderabad has been rising steadily. The city is home to several major IT companies, which attract many working professionals, and the State Government's infrastructure and connectivity improvements have helped boost the real estate sector.
