Gainsight, US-based SaaS Company, Opens a New Office in Hyderabad
Gainsight, a US-based Software as a Service (SaaS) company, has opened a new 800-seater office in Hyderabad. The company presently employs 600 people in Hyderabad, where it first opened its doors in 2012 before expanding to Bengaluru in 2015.
The company expects its investment in India to rise 15-20 percent per annum, having doubled its Hyderabad headcount from 300 over the last two years during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Karl Rumelhart, Chief Product Officer, Gainsight, noted that the Hyderabad office is the core of the company, housing the great majority of its technical workforce as well as considerable portions of its support, services, and operations teams. He also stated that the talent in Hyderabad is of exceptional caliber.
Anil Chalasani, Managing Director-India, Gainsight, commented that some of the company’s most important work has been initiated and completed by teams in India.
